Marie G. McIntyre, Ph.D.
operates a training and consulting
business, Your Office Coach, in Atlanta, GA, and the website
YourOfficeCoach.com. Her primary goal is to help people work
together more effectively. Your Office Coach services include
leadership training, strategic planning, team development, executive
coaching, and administration of surveys and focus groups for
organizational research.
Before starting her own
business in 1990, Marie held management positions in both business and
government, including Director of Human Resources in a Fortune 500
company. She has more than twenty years’ experience in management,
organizational development, and training.
Marie has
taught at Georgia State University and worked with the University of
Georgia’s Institute of Government and Emory University's Corporate
Learning Progam. She holds a Ph.D. in counseling &
organizational development, as well as degrees in psychology and public
administration. She is the author of two books: The Management
Team Handbook (Jossey-Bass) and Secrets to
Winning at Office Politics, (St. Martin’s Press).
